All reservations booked online are considered tentative until you receive an email confirmation that your tour has been booked and payment has been received.

• Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the tour.

• All members of your group should plan to arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

We at the Pour House Pedal pride ourselves on providing a clean and safe tour to our riders. In keeping up with our policy, we ask that our riders respect our bike and facilities. Please be advised that any damage or excessive messes (i.e. vomiting) will lead to a $100 cleaning fee charged to the card on file.

If you elect not to purchase Trip Insurance, cancellations made more than 10 days prior to the tour date can be rescheduled or issued a refund for the base price less 11% for credit card processing fees OR full amount can be moved to an in- store credit that never expires. For cancellations less than 10 days – no refund or reschedule will be issued.

Trip Protection – Highly recommended!
The unexpected can happen and we want to make sure your weekend (and wallets) are minimally affected if something suddenly occurs.

If you’re traveling from out of town and want a bit of extra security, sign up for our trip protection in the case of any last minute surprises, such as iffy weather, illness, etc.

Adding Trip Protection to your tour allows your purchase to be refunded up until 24 hours prior to your start time (minus the price of trip protection and booking fees). No refunds will be issued inside the 24 hour window of your tour’s start time.

We are always watching the weather closely. If the weather is severe enough (ie; thunder, lightning, freezing rain, or severe flooding) you will be notified and offered a rain check. Please never assume your tour is cancelled. Please call if you have questions about the status of your tour.

The Pour house Pedal will pedal on rain or shine! You will stay semi dry under the canopy roof. We can make stops along the way at any bar/brewery or shopping destination to dry off. We have found that most peddlers have the most fun singing in the rain!

Q. Can I reserve by the seat or do I have to reserve the whole pedal?

A. Currently we are not reserving by the seat, you must reserve the entire pedal.

Q. How does the alcohol work?

A. As long as everyone is 21, alcohol is permitted. Each passenger is allowed 36 ounces of beer or 18 ounces of wine/mixed drink. We make stops throughout your tour where you can purchase additional beverages.

Q. What is your late policy?

A. When you reserve, you rent the entire pedal. We will wait on you and your group to get there! Please note, we will still end the tour at the determined time so you will only be cutting into your reservation. 

Q. Where does the pedal wagon go?

A. We have 3 different tours: Bar/Restaurant, Shopping and Sculpture/Mural Tours. It is completely up to your group where you want to go! You can choose to only make stops that are designated to a certain tour, or feel free to mix and match!
